These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Insyte Amazon FBA Intelligence platform, including the Insyte Chrome Extension and web application at insyte.revionlabs.app (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Revion Consulting ("Revion," "we," "us," or "our").
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

By creating an account, installing the Chrome Extension, or otherwise accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, for significant changes, by sending you an email or displaying a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Service
Insyte is an Amazon FBA product intelligence platform that provides:
- Product analysis and ROI calculations for Amazon FBA sellers
- Competition analysis and seller intelligence
- Pricing and profitability insights
- Historical trend data and market analytics
- Chrome Extension for in-browser product analysis
The Service is designed to assist Amazon FBA sellers in making informed product sourcing decisions. All analysis and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only.
3. Eligibility
You must meet the following requirements to use our Service:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
The Service is intended for use by Amazon FBA sellers and e-commerce professionals. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Account Creation
To access most features of the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
We reserve the right to disable any account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if your account poses a security risk.
5. Subscription and Payments
5.1 Subscription Plans
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Specific features, pricing, and terms of each subscription plan are described on our website and may be updated from time to time. Free trial periods may be offered at our discretion.
5.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the subscription fees. You are responsible for providing valid and up-to-date payment information.
5.3 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). The billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe and renews automatically until cancelled.
5.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent renewals. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect.
5.5 Refund Policy

- After 7 days: No refunds for the current billing period; you may cancel to prevent future charges
- Annual subscriptions: Pro-rata refund available within 30 days of initial purchase only

5.6 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period

6. Acceptable Use
6.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to:
- Use the Service only for legitimate Amazon FBA research and analysis
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party agreements
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others
- Maintain the security of your account
6.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Misuse the Service: Use the Service in any way that violates Amazon's Terms of Service or any applicable laws
- Automated Access: Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service beyond normal browser usage
- Reverse Engineer: Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the Service or Extension
- Circumvent Security: Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features or access restrictions
- Share Accounts: Share your account credentials or allow multiple users to access a single account (unless on a team plan)
- Resell Data: Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit data obtained through the Service
- Harmful Activities: Transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to harm or disrupt the Service
- Impersonation: Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Revion Consulting and is protected by Canadian, United States, and international intellectual property laws.
"Insyte," "Revion," and associated logos are trademarks of Revion Consulting. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
7.2 Limited License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the Service
- Sublicense, sell, or transfer your rights to any third party
- Use the Service for any purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms
7.3 Your Content
You retain ownership of any data or content you provide through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with or relies on third-party services, including but not limited to:
- Amazon: We access publicly available product data from Amazon websites
- Google: For OAuth authentication
- Stripe: For payment processing
- Supabase: For database and authentication services
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of any third-party services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
9.2 No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Service. Product analysis, ROI calculations, and market insights are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.
9.3 Data Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data or analysis provided through the Service. Amazon product data may change frequently, and our data may not always reflect the most current information.
9.4 Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REVION CONSULTING, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Any damages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
- Any damages resulting from any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
- Any damages resulting from any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
- Any damages resulting from any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code transmitted through the Service by any third party
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revion Consulting and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
12.3 Class Action Waiver
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account through the account settings, or by contacting us at contact@revionconsulting.com.
13.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms
- Violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the Service
- Prolonged inactivity
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
- We may delete your account and associated data (subject to our data retention policies)
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification)
14. General Provisions
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Revion Consulting regarding the Service.
14.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
14.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
14.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
